Commercial Refurbishment

This project involved the successful conversion of a basement space in central London into a modern, fully equipped gym for an up-and-coming fitness chain. The works were carried out within a live residential building, requiring careful coordination, logistics planning, and a focused approach to minimise disruption to residents.

The project demanded close management of all trades and strict adherence to an intense programme to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Scope of Works:

• Strip-out of existing ceilings and walls
• Installation of new drainage and sump pumps
• Reinstatement of internal partitions
• Installation of new MEP systems, including air conditioning
• Fit-out of men’s and women’s changing rooms
• Construction and soundproofing of two new studios
• Coordination of all trades and subcontractors
• Logistics management within a confined basement space

All works were completed efficiently and to a high standard, transforming the underutilised basement into a vibrant, functional fitness space that met the client’s vision and operational needs.
