The works were carried out within a live residential building, requiring careful coordination, logistics planning, and a focused approach to minimise disruption to residents.
The project demanded close management of all trades and strict adherence to an intense programme to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
Scope of Works:
- Strip-out of existing ceilings and walls
- Installation of new drainage and sump pumps
- Reinstatement of internal partitions
- Installation of new MEP systems, including air conditioning
- Fit-out of men’s and women’s changing rooms
- Construction and soundproofing of two new studios
- Coordination of all trades and subcontractors
- Logistics management within a confined basement space
All works were completed efficiently and to a high standard, transforming the underutilised basement into a vibrant, functional fitness space that met the client’s vision and operational needs.
