We continue to build excellent relationships with stadium estates and event managers, who use our services on a regular basis to undertake both planned and reactive major and minor works. This work includes external re-roofing of estate buildings, painting public stands and buildings, and major internal refurbishment of offices, toilet blocks, changing rooms, hospitality, and other public areas.
Working in such time-critical event spaces has given our teams valuable exposure to the exciting challenges of delivering projects on tight timeframes with very short lead-in periods, which has often resulted in night & weekend delivery. Outside of the events world, we are engaged by residential blocks, commercial and educational estates to deliver similar planned and reactive refurbishment and maintenance works.
