Internal Refurbishments
With our ongoing relationship and successful delivery of major contract at Lord’s Cricket Ground, we proactively approached The Oval in 2014, supported by strong references from the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC).
Following a comprehensive due diligence process, including formal interviews and the presentation of previous project experience, we were appointed to undertake a range of refurbishment and upgrade works across the estate.
Initial works included roof refurbishments, toilet block upgrades, hospitality box improvements, façade restorations, and refurbishment of public stands - all delivered within the operational constraints of a live international sporting venue. Working within such a high-profile and time-critical environment required careful planning, coordination, and flexibility to align with the cricketing calendar and event schedule.
