One of the most prestigious, historic and famous sporting venues in the world entrusts our team to deliver first-class building contracts regularly required to repair, maintain and improve the North West London estate.

We work in partnership with the estate management and senior management teams at the MCC to deliver a range of maintenance projects, refurbishments, and restorations across the estate.

This includes major works to the iconic Grade II listed Pavilion, Media Centre, hospitality boxes, and public stands and facilities.

Our most recent project, completed in 2019, was asbestos removal, replacement gutters, major window repairs and upgrade of existing toilet facilities to meet the gold standards of disabled access provisions.
