External Refurbishment
This project involved the restoration of stonework across the estate’s façades, alongside external decoration to timber windows and metalwork.
The works were carefully planned and delivered in phases to manage restricted site space, with materials delivered in stages and stored in designated areas to maintain safe access for residents. MEWPs were utilised to safely access high-level areas, removing the need for full scaffolding and minimising disruption.
Clear communication with residents and estate management was maintained throughout, including advance notifications and coordination to manage access and minimise inconvenience. Health and safety were key priorities, with strict controls in place for working at height, including trained operators, equipment inspections, and exclusion zones.
The project was completed to a high standard with no health and safety incidents, successfully restoring the building’s façade and significantly enhancing its overall appearance, with excellent feedback received from residents.
