This 3-story Grade II listed building, located off Berkeley Square in the most exclusive part of London, was completely refurbished and structurally rearranged from a damp, dilapidated garage shell.


It now comprises a luxury high-end residential house with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a guest bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/diner, WC, roof terrace, and a modern garage.


Cutting-edge smart technology was fully commissioned, which enables the owners to control the house with their smartphone anywhere in the world, including lights, home entertainment system, blinds, heating and CCTV/Security system. The project involved liaising with numerous specialists and handling very expensive materials and goods.
