This 3-story Grade II listed building, located off Berkeley Square in the most exclusive part of London, was completely refurbished and structurally rearranged from a damp, dilapidated garage shell.
It now comprises a luxury high-end residential house with 2 en-suite bedrooms, a guest bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/diner, WC, roof terrace, and a modern garage.
Cutting-edge smart technology was fully commissioned which enables the owners to control the house with their smart phone anywhere in the world, including lights, home entertainment system, blinds, heating and CCTV/Security system.
