Remedial Work:

Extensive damp and leaks affected the basement of this luxury,  high-end house.

We successfully segregated the works including creating separate temporary access to mitigate disruption for the duration of the project. The basement was completely stripped out back to the core and shell.

Our specialists created specialist sump pump chambers and re-routed drainage prior to completing a comprehensive new tanking system. The reinstatement fit out works were then completed to a very high standard, including underfloor heating throughout, luxury kitchen install and specialist hardwood flooring and joinery finishes.
