External & Internal Refurbishment
Two large, prestigious apartment blocks located directly opposite the iconic London Eye landmark required major re-roofing works while remaining fully occupied. The challenge was to carry out a complex roofing project in a high-profile, heavily trafficked area, without disrupting the daily lives of residents.
Our fully trained and approved roofing specialists collaborated closely with a leading manufacturer of liquid-applied waterproofing systems to design and install a bespoke flat roofing solution.
The new system was carefully engineered to provide longterm performance and durability, backed by a 20-year guarantee, and was built onto a newly constructed timber deck to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
